Shipping:

Our items are shipped within 3 days of receiving your order. Made-to-order items are specified as such in the item’s description and include an estimated shipping time frame.

All items are shipped via USPS mail with delivery confirmation. When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to track the status of your package. Be sure to check your junk/spam folder if you don’t receive it!

Returns:

We are happy to accept returns on all non-sale items. Returns and exchanges must be made within 10 days of receiving your items. Please allow 7 days for returns or exchanges to be processed.

 

Most of our items are handmade and slight irregularities should be expected. If you are not happy with your item, please let us know ASAP.
